ACCOMMODATION
Contemporary and refined, all rooms reflect the resort’s new Creole Chic style with natural elements such as rattan, light coloured wood and artisanal décor. The bathroom amenities collection has been chosen with natural ingredients to be respectful of the environment.

42 Comfort Garden Rooms (Size:30m2) 
Equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds, they are ideal for couples or with friends and can be inter-connecting.

13 Comfort Family Rooms (Size: 36m2)
Equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds and a pull-out bed in a separate room, they are ideal for family vacation.

24 Comfort Pool Rooms (Size: 31.5m2)
These rooms open onto the infinity pool and are equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. They are ideal for a holiday with friends or as a couple.

8 Apartments (Size: 38 - 44m2)
Apartments have a capacity 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old) with children or teenagers in their own room being possible. The apartments are fitted with fridge, hot plate, mini oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking tools, plates and cutlery for 4 guests, sink, iron and ironing board.
Configuration is 1 king-size bed and 1 pull-out bed.

8 Privilege Rooms (Size: 65m2)
Equipped with a king-size bed and a single bed, they can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. 

Privilege Rooms offer a list of benefits included in the room rate that enhance the guest experience:

• A la carte dinner on a daily basis (without supplement* and excluding seafood) at the Lazy Lobster restaurant (unless the restaurant is privatised for a special event or exceptionally closed).
• Upgraded room experience with a pillow menu and an Espresso machine (capsules available with a supplement) 
• One full day catamaran cruise (once per stay) including open bar and lunch on board (departure from sunset Boulevard’s jetty and weather permitting). Minimum 7 nights stay required. The cruise is neither transferable nor payable in case guest decides to cancel or if hotel cancelling due to bad weather. 

 

Guests with limited mobility 

Veranda Grand Baie is a hotel adapted to people with limited mobility. Some of the rooms have been positioned on the ground floor to facilitate accessibility. The furniture in the rooms has been specially chosen to convey a sense of quality, well-being and comfort with orthopaedic mattresses to improve the quality of sleep of clients and ergonomic seats. The minimum size of the rooms is 20 m² to allow a person in a wheelchair to move around without difficulty. The walk-in showers are also spacious and have adequate lighting. The common areas of the hotel are also wheelchair accessible.

Half Board includes:

• Buffet or table d’hôte dinner at the main restaurant. A MUR900 credit per person per night for dinner at the Lazy Lobster restaurant (weather permitting).

All Inclusive includes:

• Buffet breakfast at the main restaurant.
• A la carte lunch at the main restaurant or at the Lazy Lobster with selected items on the a la carte menu. (12h00 to 15h00) 
• Buffet or table d’hôte dinner (19h00 to 22h00) every evening at the main restaurant. A credit of Rs 900 per person per night is offered for dinner at the Lazy Lobster.
• Afternoon tea/coffee and pancakes and/or daily Mauritian delicacies (16h00 - 17h00). 
• Snacking options at the street food mobile kiosk (noon-15h00).

Le Food Comptoir Restaurant
The main buffet restaurant offers a unique and interactive dining experience overlooking the turquoise lagoon of Grand Baie. Served as a buffet, the dishes offered feature international specialties. The Mauritian corner offers a variety of local dishes, which guests can enjoy around a sharing table. 
Open for Breakfast (07h00 – 10h00), Lunch (12h00 – 15h00) and Dinner (19h00 – 22h00).

Lazy Lobster Restaurant
The Lazy Lobster offers an exceptional à la carte menu featuring the seafood form the surrounding waters. Grilled fresh fish or marinated fish of the day the Chef ’s way, your taste buds will be delighted by the flavours of these dishes and your eyes will be dazzled the breath-taking view of the lagoon.

La Crique Beach Bar 
The beach bar is perfectly located facing the bay. All in white, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the infinity pool facing the sailboats and catamarans or to contemplate the setting sun comfortably installed on a lounger, while sipping a homemade rum cocktail.

La Varangue Main Bar
The main bar with its laid back ambience overlooking the garden is the place to be. Signature cocktails, a wide variety of aromatic teas and a range of premiums rums are just a few of the exciting options available.
