We are living in an unprecedented time as the world adjusts to the rapidly changing dynamics created by COVID-19. Unfortunately, the travel sector has been hit harder than most with the recent events and the uncertainty going on.

During this very challenging time we are doing our best to work with our preferred accredited suppliers who are also under huge pressure to manage the unmanageable, so we have to be patient and as calm as possible as we work on the best possible solutions under extra-ordinarily circumstances.

We are closely monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), as well as national and local authorities to help and guide us in responding to the COVID-19 situation.

The situation is changing on an hourly basis and we fully understand there are major challenges to travelling, including countries closing their borders, and numerous flights being cancelled, as well as a lack of clarity as to what is happening next.
