Explore the green island of Samos with the Panoramic Samos bus tour and visit all its highlights in just half a day. For those of you that have not visited Kusadasi before, we highly recommend the tour to Ancient Ephesus .Late afternoon arrive in Patmos and could explore the Monastery of St John and the Grotto of Revelations with an onshore tour. Early evening return to the ship where dinner awaits you as you sail for Rhodes.

If you do not want to visit, Turkey there is an option to visit Samos instead. This option includes disembarking the vessel in Samos and re-embarking in the afternoon.

    Wednesday Rhodes full day
Early morning breakfast will be served on-board as you arrive in the Port of Rhodes. As the cruise ship will remain in Rhodes all day, we suggest taking part in the medieval tour and follow the footsteps of the Knights in the cobblestoned pathways of Lindos and its Acropolis. After the excursions, we return to the ship for lunch. The afternoon can be spent wandering around or taking a swimming at one of the nearby beaches. Late afternoon, return to your ship. Dinner will be served on-board as you sail for Crete.

In the afternoon marvel at the captivating views of this magnificent island as you arrive and anchor in Santorini.
Passengers participating in the Spectacular OiaVillage tour to Oia and Fira will disembark first. All other passengers will disembark to a smaller port where you can experience a fantastic journey up the caldera by cable car or donkey or foot. Athens
Athens (Athina) is named after Athena, the goddess of wisdom, who, according to legend, won the city after defeating Poseidon in a duel. The goddess victory was celebrated by the construction of a temple on the Acropolis, the site of the citys earliest settlement in Attica.

The most important site of interest in Athens is the Parthenon on the Acropolis. This structure dominates the area of central Athens. From the midst of modern Athens rises the Acropolis and sitting prominently atop lies the Acropolis. A popular stop for many is the Chapel of St George which is located atop Lycabettus Hill in central Athens. The views of the city of Athens from the top are excellent. On a clear day one might even see some of the nearby islands. If you are interested in shopping, Athens has a bit to offer. It is possible to buy the latest fashion designs from European designers to local items made by local designers. If one street stands out for shopping it would have to be Ermou.

Athens enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with the greatest amounts of precipitation mainly occurring from mid-October to mid-April. Snowfalls occur almost on a yearly basis, though these do not normally lead to significant, if any, disruption. Spring and fall (autumn) are considered ideal seasons for sightseeing and all kinds of outdoor activities. Summers can be particularly hot and at times prone to smog and pollution related conditions.

Athens is home to 148 theatrical stages, more than any other European city, including the famous ancient Herodes Atticus Theater, home to the Athens Festival, which runs from May to October each year.
