Day 1: Rome - Naples - Pompeii - Sorrento
Your Southern Italian adventure begins in Rome with a high-speed train journey to Naples. Continue to the extraordinary archaeological site of Pompeii. Step into the past as you explore the remarkably preserved remains of this ancient Roman city, buried beneath volcanic ash following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Continue to Sorrento, perched above the Bay of Naples. Wander through its charming old town or discover Marina Grande, the picturesque fishing village that captures the authentic spirit of the destination.

Day 2: Sorrento - Capri - Sorrento
After a delicious breakfast, set sail from Sorrento towards the island of Capri aboard a traditional Gozzo Sorrentino. Enjoy a scenic cruise around the island, taking in dramatic cliffs, and hidden coves. Once ashore, explore Capri by minibus and make your way to the iconic Piazzetta, the vibrant heart of the island. Enjoy leisure time to wander through the streets, browse local boutiques and soak up the glamour of Capri before returning to Sorrento.

Day 5: Positano - Naples - Rome
Enjoy your final breakfast in Positano and making the most of your last morning along the Amalfi Coast. In the afternoon, journey from Positano to Naples before boarding the high-speed train back to Rome.
